Ordering:
All prices on the website are in Danish kroner and are stated including VAT, duties, customs, etc.
Once you have entered into an agreement with us, we store the order information. You can view your
order information on the screen as well as on the order confirmation that is sent to your email address.
It is not possible to access the order confirmation afterwards via our website.
When ordering a gift voucher/gift card or prepaying for an event, you as the buyer are
responsible for checking that your gift voucher/gift card or event matches
what you ordered. Otherwise, you must contact Borgens Entertainment by phone or email.
You will find the contact details on the order confirmation.


Payment:
We accept Dankort, Visa Dankort, E-Dankort, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
We use a payment gateway from Nets. All card data and communication are encrypted; neither
Borgens Entertainment nor anyone else can read the data.
The amount for the gift card is only charged when it is sent from Borgens Entertainment.
The amount for prepayment of an event is charged immediately.
A higher amount can never be charged to your credit card than the amount you approved at purchase.
For payment by invoice or EAN, an administration fee of DKK 50 is charged.


Gift card:
What can the gift card be used for?
Print-at-home gift cards (amount): The gift card can be used for all Borgens Entertainment activities.


Gift card validity:
Unless otherwise stated in the agreement between buyer and seller, the gift card is valid for 3 years from
the purchase date. Note: a gift voucher may have a specific usage period and can only be used during
that period.
Unless otherwise stated on the gift card/gift voucher/deals from external providers, they cannot be redeemed in
the following periods: the school Easter holidays, week 42, and the school winter holidays.
Within the validity period, the gift voucher can be redeemed for cash for a fee of DKK 25. Expired
gift vouchers can, after the expiry date and for one year thereafter, be renewed by issuing a new gift card or

be redeemed for cash corresponding to the purchase value of the gift voucher or the remaining value on the gift card.
If you wish to make use of the above, please contact boorgen@schantz.eu. Remember to include
the gift voucher.


Delivery terms:
All gift cards/gift vouchers are sent electronically as an attachment in an email to the email address you
provided when making the purchase.
As soon as the purchase is completed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and the attached
gift card/gift voucher. If the gift card/gift voucher has not been delivered, please contact Borgens
Entertainment by phone/email. Remember to check your email for “junk mail”.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to bring their gift card/gift voucher to the centre.
Borgens Entertainment is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or deactivated
gift vouchers.


Right of withdrawal:
The Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2), exempts the following from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of digital content that
is not delivered on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior
express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.


Cancellation of an event:
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start time. Cancellation
after this will be invoiced at the full amount of the start fee/booking fee. Changes to the number of
participants/attractions can be reduced up to 14 days before the start time.
Minor adjustments related to dining of up to 2 people can be made 2 days before the start time.
No-shows will be invoiced the full start fee.
If you fail to cancel your event (cf. the terms above), the cancellation fee is
the total price of the booking, for which an invoice will be issued. In addition, an
administration fee of DKK 75 is charged


Complaints:
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules on defects may apply to purchases of goods. If you are not satisfied with the
service, you can contact us at borgen@schantz.eu or by phone at 75 22 22 87.
As a rule, you do not have a 2-year right to complain, as this is a service. Therefore, please
contact us immediately if you experience problems with your gift card/gift voucher. You are entitled to
have any defects in the service remedied that can be attributed to the nature of the service,
unless it is due to your own circumstances or other external circumstances for which we, under
Danish law, cannot be held liable.

Personal data policy:
The data that Borgens Entertainment registers is regulated by the “Act on Processing of
Personal Data”. Borgens Entertainment is the data controller. The Danish Data Protection Agency supervises any
processing covered by the Act. You can find the Act in full and read about the Danish Data Protection Agency at:
www.datatilsynet.dk.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you
or register your prepayment for an event.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens when you give your
explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly which information is
collected and why.
Information provided to Borgens Entertainment is in no way disclosed or sold to
third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal data.
As a registered user with Borgens Entertainment, you always have the right to object to
the registration. You also have the right to access which information has been registered about you. These
rights are granted under the Personal Data Act. Enquiries in this regard should be addressed to
Borgens Entertainment via email at borgen@schantz.eu


Complaints procedure:
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact Borgens Entertainment at 75 22
22 87 or borgen@schantz.et. If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may contact the relevant
boards/authorities, provided the conditions for doing so are met.
